Our commitment
We take pride in the delicious and nicely crafted cakes we make. In case you are not satisfied with the cake you received; we want to make it right. However, since our products have certain characteristics, we accept returns only under specific conditions.
Eligibility for return
We accept returns only in cases when the cakes are faulty or in cases of wrong cakes received. If you get a cake which is either damaged, does not look like the cake you ordered, or is even incorrect, please do not hesitate and contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can work together in the correct way possible to get it solved.
Please note: Returns can only be made at the time of delivery if the cake is found to be faulty or wrong. Once the delivery person has handed over the cake and the payment is made, we will no longer accept returns. We encourage you to inspect the cake cautiously before accepting it from the delivery person.
Payment method
Epeasirt runs a cash-on-delivery service. This means that the payment is done when the cake is delivered. Any problems with the cake must be notified at this point before the payment can be done. Once you take the cake and pay for it, we cannot refund back your payment if you change your mind.
How to report a problem
If the cake is faulty or incorrect, please let the delivery person know right away. You can also contact us through email at [email protected] to report any issues. Please include your order details, including your name, order number, and a description of the issue. If possible, please include photos of the cake to help us assess the problem.
Hygiene and safety
Due to the nature of our products, we can't accept returns for cakes that have been consumed, altered, or improperly stored after delivery. Our cakes are perishable items, and we want to ensure they reach you in the ultimate condition possible. Therefore, no return requests will be entertained once the cake has been accepted and the payment has been processed.
